Step 2. Vacuum. Around 70% of dry dirt can be removed from your carpets or upholstery by a thorough clean with a professional vacuum cleaner. This is a vital stage of the cleaning process.

3

Step 3. Pre-Spray. A high quality pre-spay, specifically suitable for your type of carpet or upholstery, is applied direct. We only use the best products that are available to professional carpet and upholstery cleaners. These cannot be bought in supermarkets or DIY centres.

4Step 4. Agitation. To ensure the best results are obtained from the pre-spray it must be agitated by a mechanical brush or similar into the fibres of the carpet or upholstery.  It should be then allowed to dwell for a period of time to act against the dirt, grease or any other stains. Delicate upholstery will be agitated with a hand brush.

5Step 5. Rinse and Extract. Using industry leading Alltec machines the cleaning pre spay is rinsed out of your carpet or upholstery along with the dirt. A suitable rinsing solution is used to ensure the pre spay is neutralised which stops rapid re soiling. These powerful machines remove maximum dirt and reduce drying times

6Step 6. Stain Removal. Any remaining stains will be treated to ensure the best results are obtained. No one can guarantee to remove all stains, however we carry a wide range of products to maximise our chance of their removal.
